Client: National Institute of Local Government (NILG), Local Government Division (LGD), Government of Bangladesh.

The National Institute of Local Government (NILG) has engaged Empower Minds to assess its capacity-building initiatives for Zila Parishad and Village Police employees in Bangladesh. The assessment will:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the occupational training program for Zila Parishads and Village Police.
  • Identifying contextual barriers, institutional enablers, and policy gaps affecting training.
