Founded by Bangladesh’s first Pearson-certified career counselor and life coach, Mr. Saleh Reza, Empower Minds is a beacon of guidance for those seeking to transform their personal and professional lives. With a team of over 25 dedicated professionals, including 10+ talented female coaches, we bring experience and diverse perspectives to every interaction. Our founder’s credentials are unmatched: 17 years of teaching experience, career counseling training from IIT Madras, and a portfolio that includes 4 published books and 5+ e-books.  Our expertise is further validated by 9 national certifications and collaborative experiences with leading development organizations. This unique blend of knowledge and qualifications positions us as a trusted partner in your journey toward self-improvement and career success.

Meet The Team

Head of Training

S M Saleh Reza

• 17+ years in training and career development
• Designed and conducted ToTs, communication, conflict resolution, mental health, and AI integration training for government officials and youth
• The World Bank Group’s International Finance Corporation (IFC) certified Training of Trainers (TOT)
• Experience with international curricula and career counselling (Pearson-certified)
• Developed and led skills training projects across education, employment, and digital literacy sectors
• Published research on workforce development and labor market issues in Bangladesh

Md. Mostafizur Rahman

Research Head

• 15+ years of academic and applied research in urban development and public health <br>
• Designed and conducted numerous ToTs and capacity-building workshops on qualitative research (NVivo, QDA, SPSS, ArcGIS) <br>
• Developed and implemented OBE-aligned training modules in health and planning sectors <br>
• Experience leading curriculum design, evaluation frameworks, and research ethics training for doctors, officials, and educators <br>
• Strong background in participatory development, academic supervision, and digital learning systems for capacity building

Tanjil Sowgat

Subject Matter Specialist

• 23+ years of experience in planning, policy, and pro-poor urban development
• Led projects on inclusive urban infrastructure, health, and accessibility (e.g., primary health in slums, planning for disabilities)
• Designed MSc and undergraduate curricula in urban studies and development
• Delivered ToTs on Cities and Climate Change, planning education, and decentralized service models
• PI/Co-I in international research (e.g., UKRI-SHLC, ActionAid, GIZ, UNDP), contributing to training, inclusion, and youth empowerment agendas
• Expertise in integrating evidence-based research with creative public engagement tools—wall art, SDG ludo games, animations—to raise awareness and capacity in underserved communities

Priyanti Saha

Outreach and M&E Support

• 4+ years of experience in monitoring & evaluation with NGOs and development programs
• Developed project proposals using logical frameworks aligned with performance indicators
• Monitored field activities, expenditures, and outcomes relevant to community-based paramedic outreach
• Conducted capacity-building workshops and training for M&E
• Experienced in MIS and data management systems from Friendship and CODEC
• Strong communication, report writing, and documentation skills essential for outreach coordination
